If you love cinema and love talking about films, this is the course for you.
We´ll be looking at one or two short films (12 Minutes on average) per session – some masterpieces by film makers from Britain and from around the world - and talking about the societal themes that they touch upon. Learn to express your opinion, learn language to describe scenes, the emotional impact of the films, the story, if there is one, and the sensory experience which a film can offer. We ´ll also be reading some reviews of the films, overviews of the directors´ work and perhaps subjective responses to cinema in poetry and short stories.
