Get Past your fears of using English and explore releasing your thoughts onto paper in a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental, patriarchyfree space.

Discuss weekly reading assignments from Natalie Goldberg’s encouraging book 'Writing Down the Bones: Freeing the Writer Within' and using prompts of you will write for
5-15 minutes without stopping to allow, often surprising, free-flowing thoughts through your pen onto paper. In the practise adapted for nonnative speakers, you can use your language for words you can’t find, and we will find them together afterwards. The goal is not to produce great, or even good writing, but rather, to loosen up and gain confidence in a respectful group.
The agreements will include confidentiality, non-judgment, also of one’s self, and you can share as little or as much of your spontaneous writing with us as you are comfortable with.
