In this course, you will learn about Agile mindset and various modern project management approaches are influenced by it. Moreover, The most popular Agile and “Scaled Agile” frameworks and methodologies will be discussed, especially the most popular one: Scrum.
The aim is to introduce you to Agile philosophy, which is highly relevant for today’s job market. It will help you perform better in an Agile team and evolve to a leadership role in an agile company.
Many students acquire the Professional Scrum Master 1 certificate exam after this training.
No prior experience and no paid books are needed
The training will be conducted in English, however the instructor can translate some advanced topics in German on request.
